Job Summary
The Security Analyst supports the management, implementation, and monitoring of corporate and cloud-based security programs. Maintains enterprise-wide information security solutions and programs, monitors digital assets for potential security breaches, and responds to immediate threats.
Base Pay range: $75,000-90,000.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Test, implement, document, and maintain enterprise-wide Information Security solutions
- Perform security controls to assist business in achieving industry recognized security and compliance standards. Including ISO, SOC, PCI-DSS, NIST and EU Data Privacy Directives
- Maintain ongoing Information Security programs including the remediation of identified vulnerabilities, security alerts, applicable reporting metrics, and Incident Response planning
- Maintain enterprise-wide Information Security solutions
- Investigate security events until remediation
- Constantly monitor digital assets of OVHcloud to identifies any security breach that can harm the sensitive data and information of the organization
- Effectively respond to the immediate threats to the security of the company
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to implement security procedures, methods, and best practices
- Stay updated about the latest security threat
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- 2+ years of experience in an information security role
- Security + and/or other relevant certifications preferred
- Must have experience in assisting businesses to achieve and maintain industry recognized security standards such as ISO27001, PCI, SOX, EU Data Privacy Directives, SOC
- Experience in Security Risk Assessment/Analysis Support
- Excellent communication and customer interface skills
- Experience working in a startup within a large enterprise is preferred
- Knowledge of at least one scripting language
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux and MacOS operating systems
- Experience in large scale compliance or auditing environments
- Experience performing vulnerability assessments, QA testing, and validations
